10 litre Oak Barrel for at home fortified aging. Test out different recipes and make a fortified to suit your own palate. These 10 litre oak barrels are made by hand using the traditional method. The oak is sourced from old winery barrels that have been used to make great Barossa red wines. The panels are shaved and shaped to fit the new repurposed barrel.
