FIERCE III PINOT GRIGIO BAROSSA VALLEY 2025
Colour: Pale sand in colour, from minimal skin contact
Nose: Fresh ripe juicy pear, with floral jasmine notes.
Palate: Crisp lemony, citrus and custard apple flavours meshed with textural elements, giving a full flavoured experience. Juicy and delicious as Pinot Grigio should be.
Making: The grapes are monitored closely for flavour development during vintage prior to picking to capture freshness and vibrancy without excessive sugar assimilation to ensure that the final wine is lively and crisp.
FIERCE III WILD BLEND BAROSSA VALLEY
Colour: Bright red
Nose: Perfumed and fragrant with smells of a rose garden and raspberries. It’s very pretty.
Palate: Juicey and fruity with flavours reminiscent of raspberry and peaches. It is bright and cheery with just a hint of lemony tang and a fine savoury texture.
FIERCE III CABERNET SAUVIGNON BAROSSA VALLEY 2022
Colour: Black cherry, with garnet hues
Aroma: Varietal aromas of Cassis and red berry fruits. Warm spice and vanilla with toasty tobacco characters from the oak.
Palate: Varietal Cabernet Sauvignon flavours on the palate. The wine is full bodied and robust with upfront fruit characters, with polished tannins adding lovely texture and persistence.
Savoury notes of black olive and dark chocolate give length and structure to the wine.
FIERCE III SHIRAZ BAROSSA VALLEY 2023
Colour: Glossy Queen garnet plum with purple crimson hues.
Nose: Plums, clove, brown spices and dark chocolate.
Palate: This wine is rich, generous and rounded. A mid palate dark fruit and spicy flavour explosion with velvety tannins from fruit and oak giving depth and length. The fruit characters of dark chocolate and clove notes typical of Barossa Valley Shiraz brings a satisfying intense persistent full bodied red wine.
LEONE TAWNY RUM LIQUEUR
The Leone Tawny Rum Liqueur is reminiscent of all the colours of Autumn. It has a delightful aroma of gentle vineyard breezes which capture the flavour of rum, sunshine and golden syrup. It is ideal on its own, or with cheeses, dried fruits, nuts and any delicious dessert. Premium Rum tawny is one of Lou’s favourite fortified to produce.
