Wild Blend & Burrata + Frozen Shave Tomato
This ingredients list reads of all the things I am feeling this summer. No cooking. That is it. That is my summer vibe.
We are serving the Burrata + Frozen Shaved Tomato with Fierce III Wild Blend. Both the recipe and the wine are fresh and vibrant.
INGREDIENTS
1 medium tomato – freeze
1 La Casa Del Formaggio Burrata
1 can Polastrini Sardines Olive Oil & Chili
Rio Vista Hardy’s Mammoth Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper
Fresh crusty bread
METHOD
24 hours before serving, freeze the tomato. I used an heirloom tomato, however you can choose another variety.
For the sardines, I like a kick of chilli so I use Polastrini Sardines Olive Oil & Chilli, but if you would prefer sardines without chilli, then you do you.
Place the sardines & burrta on a serving dish, drizzle olive oil over the burrta and add salt + pepper.
Only do this step when you are ready to serve. Using a microblade shave the tomato over the top of the burrata.
Serve with fresh crusty bread.
