FIERCE III WILD BLEND BAROSSA VALLEY
Wild Blend, a red wine that drinks like a white. It has weight and texture like a red, a touch of sweetness on the palate and serves well when chilled, icy cold. Serve Chilled, it shines bright!
With a touch of residual sweetness, it will complement a multitude of spicy dishes. Try it with Thai, Vietnamese, Indian or Mexican. Sweetness takes away heat so you can dial up the spice.
Colour: Bright red
Nose: Perfumed and fragrant with smells of a rose garden and raspberries. It’s very pretty.
Palate: Juicey and fruity with flavours reminiscent of raspberry and peaches. It is bright and cheery with just a hint of lemony tang and a fine savoury texture.

FIERCE III SHIRAZ BAROSSA VALLEY 2022
Colour: Glossy Queen garnet plum with purple crimson hues.
Nose: Plums, clove, brown spices and dark chocolate.
Palate: Dark fruit and spicy flavour explosion with velvety tannins. The fruit characters of dark chocolate and clove notes creates a rich and generous wine.
Pair with Low and Slow BBQ to match the intensity and richness of this wine, perfect for those long Sunday gatherings.

FIERCE III SHIRAZ GRENACHE MATARO BAROSSA 2019
Colour: Rich mahogany with red undertones and hues.
Nose: Raspberry, cherry and rhubarb are accompanied by earthy, savoury notes.
Palate: This complex wine has intense flavour and structure, blending the sweetness of Shiraz with the vibrancy of Grenache and assertive tannins
of Mataro offering a layered wine.
The versatility of the wine will pair with a week date night.

FIERCE III SAGRANTINO BAROSSA VALLEY 2020
Colour: Inky Ruby Red with purple hues.
Nose: Aromas of dried cherry, cranberry and ‘La Fiorita’ (flowering lentils) with mocha and hints of peppermint and thyme.
Palate: Distinctive flavours of rich, ripe fruit, enriched with savoury spice and mocha. Powerful varietal tannins with texture add structure and persistence to this delicious wine.
The textural quality of this wine lends itself towards foods with sweetness, such as Gnocchi with blue cheese sauce.

FIERCE III CABERNET SAUVIGNON BAROSSA VALLEY 2022
Colour: Black cherry, with vibrant garnet hues.
Nose: Varietal aromas of Cassis, blackcurrant and red berry fruits.
Hints of spice and toast from the American oak.
Palate: Intensely varietal Cabernet Sauvignon flavours on the palate.
Upfront fruit characters and cocoa tannins that fan out from beginning to finish. Black olive and chocolate give length and structure.
