Palate: Clean, fresh with apple following through.
Pithy lemon, a floral touch with lively acidity making this wine refreshing and persistent.
FIERCE III DRY ROSE BAROSSA VALLEY 2023
Colour: Pale rose gold
Aroma: Lifted rose petal, fresh plum with spicy notes
Palate: Lively red delicious apples with cranberries accompanied by floral and textural notes. This wine finishes crisp, dry and refreshing.
Cellaring: A fresh wine style, best consumed when young.
Making: Deliberately picked early with moderate sweetness levels to ensure bright fresh flavours. Some skin contact to impart phenolic texture and colour is part of this dry style of wine, which also adds a savoury element. Fermented in stainless steel, we have selected a yeast noted for enhancing mouthfeel.
FIERCE III WILD BLEND BAROSSA VALLEY
Wild Blend, a red wine that drinks like a white. It has weight and texture like a red, a touch of sweetness on the palate and serves well when chilled, icy cold. Serve Chilled, it shines bright!
With a touch of residual sweetness, it will complement a multitude of spicy dishes. Try it with Thai, Vietnamese, Indian or Mexican. Sweetness takes away heat so you can dial up the spice.
Colour: Bright red
Nose: Perfumed and fragrant with smells of a rose garden and raspberries. It’s very pretty.
Palate: Juicey and fruity with flavours reminiscent of raspberry and peaches. It is bright and cheery with just a hint of lemony tang and a fine savoury texture.
FIERCE III PINOT GRIGIO BAROSSA VALLEY 2023
Colour: Pale sand in colour, from minimal skin contact
Nose: Fresh ripe juicy pear, with floral jasmine notes.
Palate: Crisp lemony, citrus and custard apple flavours meshed with textural elements, giving a full flavoured experience. Juicy and delicious as Pinot Grigio should be.
Making: The grapes are monitored closely for flavour development during vintage prior to picking to capture freshness and vibrancy without excessive sugar assimilation to ensure that the final wine is lively and crisp.
LEONE SPARKLING SHIRAZ
Colour: Medium crimson red with deep purple hues and a fine, persistent bead.
Aroma: Bright red berries and plum layered with spice and subtle vanilla.
Palate: A vibrant, juicy sparkling Shiraz showing an abundance of forest berry flavours. Rich, full-bodied fruit is balanced by fine bubbles, velvety tannins and an understated sweetness, delivering structure, persistence and length.
Serve: Well chilled, the colder the better, to highlight the bright Shiraz fruit and gentle mousse.
LEONE BIMBA DOLCE
Colour: Pale, bright pink with a delicate, lively bead.
Aroma: Lifted aromas of strawberries and cream, rose petal and soft floral notes, with a subtle touch of musk.
Palate: Our ‘Sweet Baby’ is a lively Moscato-style sparkling wine bursting with luscious red fruit and floral flavours. Medium sweetness is perfectly balanced by a light spritz and crisp acidity, giving freshness, vibrancy and an irresistibly clean, sweet finish. Soft bubbles linger gently on the palate, making this wine both playful and refreshing.
Serve: Icy, icy cold. Bimba Dolce is an attractive, light sparkling wine and a perfect aperitif, inspired by traditional Italian Moscato.
