Fierce III Pinot Grigio is sourced from our a 1.2 hectare block on our Rowland Flat vineyard, in the south of the Barossa Valley. The vines were planted in 2005 in sandy soil on a single wire trellis. In 2026 due to low yields, grapes were also sourced from Eden Valley.
A fresh wine style best consumed when young, pair with fresh seafood or spring peas & haloumi salad to bring out the aromatics in the wine.

Colour: Very pale yellow, with a touch eggshell.
Nose: Fresh ripe pear with apple and lychee and white floral notes.
Palate: Crisp, lively and refreshing. Lemony, pear flavours with textural elements, giving a full flavoured experience. Juicy and delicious with persistent crunchy apple flavours.
Making: The grapes are monitored closely for flavour development during vintage prior to picking to capture freshness and vibrancy without excessive sugar assimilation to ensure that the final wine is lively and crisp. Fermented entirely in stainless steel with a yeast selected for its ability to enhance fruit aromas.
