Fierce III Prosecco Cocktails

Our Fierce III Prosecco is the perfect base for cocktails that are fun, fresh, and endlessly versatile. Its bright citrus and crisp apple notes bring a playful fizz to whatever you mix it with, whether it’s fruit, herbs, or a cheeky dash of something stronger.
From brunch mimosas with a twist to sunset-worthy sparkling cocktails, we’ve put together a list of recipes that show just how bold and adventurous Prosecco can be. Pop a bottle, get mixing, and let the bubbles do the rest.
FROZE FIERCE III PROSECCO
1 punnet Strawberries
100ml Fierce III Prosecco
80ml Sugar Syrup
Freeze the punnet of strawberries (I keep the green leaves on but you can cut them off)
In a blender put 80ml sugar syrup and frozen strawberries, blend to a sorbet consistency
Take two martini glasses, in each glass put half the frozen strawberry mixture and add 100ml of Fierce III Prosecco.
FIERCE MIMOSA
75ml Fierce III Prosecco (chilled)
75ml freshly squeezed Ruby Grapefruit juice (chilled)
Pour the freshly squeezed Ruby Grapefruit juice into a champagne flute. Slowly top with Fierce III Prosecco to keep the bubbles lively. Garnish with an orange slice or twist.
GATE TO GARNISH CHRISTMAS CHEER
Gate to Garnish #bloodorangedust cranberry and Prosecco Christmas Cheer
10 ml simple syrup
1/4 tsp Gate to Garnish blood orange dust
30 ml cranberry juice
Chill your flute and Prosecco. In a shaker add few cubes of ice. Shake 30 secs. Strain the ice and slowly pour your shaker goodness into your flute.
Drop a few cherries into your flute.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
RASPBERRY LEMONCELLO SPRITZ
90ml Limoncello
60ml Raspberry Puree
120ml Fierce III Prosecco
60ml Sparkling Water
Puree raspberries with 2 tbsp water.
Add all ingredients to a glass, top with ice.
Garnish with a lice of lemon and crushed raspberries.
