Aroma: Blackcurrant and dark berry fruits dominate, lifted by hints of dried herbs, fennel and a subtle leafy edge true to Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and gentle spice from oak maturation weave seamlessly through the bouquet.
Palate: The palate opens with rich, concentrated dark fruits layered with chocolate and savoury spice. Firm yet finely structured tannins frame the wine, balanced by oak-derived notes of cedar and smoky char that add depth and persistence.
