FIERCE III PROSECCO KING VALLEY
Colour: Pale lemon.
Nose: Crisp apple, pear and citrus.
Palate: Clean, fresh with apple following through.
Pithy lemon, a floral touch with lively acidity making this wine refreshing and persistent.
FIERCE III WILD BLEND
Colour: Bright red
Nose: Perfumed and fragrant with smells of a rose garden and raspberries. It’s very pretty.
Palate: Juicey and fruity with flavours reminiscent of raspberry and peaches. It is bright and cheery with just a hint of lemony tang and a fine savoury texture.
FIERCE III DRY ROSE 2025
Colour: Pale rose gold
Aroma: Lifted rose petal, fresh plum with spicy notes
Palate: Lively red delicious apples with cranberries accompanied by floral and textural notes. This wine finishes crisp, dry and refreshing.
Cellaring: A fresh wine style, best consumed when young.
Making: Deliberately picked early with moderate sweetness levels to ensure bright fresh flavours. Some skin contact to impart phenolic texture and colour is part of this dry style of wine, which also adds a savoury element. Fermented in stainless steel, we have selected a yeast noted for enhancing mouthfeel.
LEONE CABERNET SAUVIGNON BAROSSA VALLEY 2020
Colour: Black cherry, with vibrant garnet hues.
Aroma: Complex bouquet, there are elements of fruit, winemaking and maturation aromas making for an intriguing experience. Blackcurrant accompanied by violets, brown spice, leather and licorice.
Palate: Intense Cabernet Sauvignon varietal characters, multi-layered flavours. Full bodied, powerful, abundant fine tannins. The savoury notes of black olive and dark chocolate add structure and texture.
FIERCE III SHIRAZ GREANCHE MATARO BAROSSA VALLEY 2022
Colour: Black Cherry Red with purple hues.
Aroma: Spicy plum, blackberry, cherry and rhubarb with savoury undertones.
Palate: This SGM marries distinctive flavours from all III varietals in the blend. Dark berries and spice from the Shiraz, accompanied by the red fruit of Grenache and savoury Mataro notes. The plush palate is multi-layered with lots of flavour, generous mouthfeel and smooth tannins giving persistence and length.
FIERCE III SAGRANTINO BAROSSA VALLEY 2021
Colour: Dark red with chestnut hues
Aroma: Intriguing and complex. Cherry, violets, plum, spice, oak, dried herbs and tiny touch of spearmint intertwine to give a complete bouquet.
Palate: Big, rich, ripe flavours initially. Then powerful assertive tannins arrive adding texture and a savoury, pleasantly drying sensation on the finish giving length and persistence. Unapologetically full bodied.
