Palate: Our Leone Bimba Dolce is a lively bubbly, with luscious red fruits. The medium sweetness and light spritz combined with crisp acidity, makes this wine balanced and refreshing.
Serve Icy, icy cold baby. Bimba Dolce is an attractive light sparkling for any occasion and is a perfect aperitif, much like a traditional Italian Moscato. It will pair well with seafood, brunch, salads, gelato and Asian dishes.
Cellaring: We recommend that you drink this wine in it’s youth.
Winemaking Notes: The grapes are harvested at night to capture and maintain freshness. Cool fermentation occurs in stainless steel to retain aromatics in the wine.
