Vineyard Notes: This single vineyard Pinot Grigio comes from our 1.2 hectare block in Rowland Flat, in the southern Barossa Valley. The vines were planted in 2005 in sandy soil on a single wire trellis.
Winemaking Notes: The grapes are monitored closely for flavour development during vintage prior to picking. To capture freshness and vibrancy ensuring that the final wine is lively and crisp. To retain varietal characters, we ferment our Pinot Grigio in stainless steel with a yeast selected for its ability to enhance fruit characters.
