Aroma: Ripe blackberry, cassis with spicy, sweet vanillin oak. The Pepper chocolate further complexes the aroma.
Palate: A full bodied wine displaying great palate weight, length and structure. Juicy berry characters are complemented by spicy flavours and ripe, supple tannins. The oak delivers persistence of flavour and length.
Wine: Our Lou Miranda Estate Old Vine Shiraz is sourced from our 100 year old Barossa Valley vineyard. The fruit is carefully selected, and the old vine Shiraz typifies the big soft varietal characters of the Barossa, offering great palate length and excellent tannin structure. This wine can be enjoyed with rack of lamb and will compliment rich sauces. Enjoy now or with correct cellaring can be enjoyed for 10 or more years.
